Behavioral scientists have shown that one-on-one coaching is among the most effective approaches to helping people make and sustain improvements in their lives. Coaching enables one’s personal best by focusing on the clients’ needs, values and goals. With you as the client stating your values and priorities, Cathy will serve as the catalyst to increase the likelihood of you following a recommended course of action toward change. She will guide you, follow you, and walk with you through the journey of change while holding you accountable and responsible for your final destination. Health coaching is done exclusively through telephonic sessions, in the comfort of your home or office, even cell phone. A growing number of clients are looking for more than personal training. You know what to do, but you still don't do it. As a coach, I work with what's getting in the way of you finding time to exercise, shop, cook and plan meals better.
Health Coaching is a vibrant new field extended from coaching psychology, which integrates more than 15 professional fields. Coaching psychology is the relational vehicle for implementing the tenents of positive psychology, a field focused on the scientific study of happiness and wellbeing. In the process, we'll dig out your strengths and insights from life's clutter. Instead of giving you the answers, I'll partner with you to create an inspiring vision with a pragmatic plan to bring you to that vision.
