Centergy is an expansion of My Coach Cathy, Licensed Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator and Certified Licensed Wellcoach®. With a 20 year history as a certified fitness instructor  and personal trainer in 3 states and 2 countries, and 17 years experience as a Medical Nutrition Therapist at  a large healthcare system, my unique experience and training has helped thousands of people achieve optimal health and well-being through sound nutrition and fitness principles.
